Once your deadline clock runs out, your Early Bird Pricing will no longer be available, and it will be necessary for us to discuss the pricing you will now be working with off of our Senior High Menu Pricelist. Remember that you are getting a great deal by having the session and ordering completed early in our season so that we can fit the processing of the order into our schedule as convenient, rather than ordering during the busiest time of our year, later in the summer and into the fall & holidays. It's necessary for us to set this restriction, to meet yearbook deadlines, stay on schedule and be fair to all our clients in delivery of their orders.

Your Early Bird Package:
In general, light touch ups may have been done at our discretion, so that you'll recognize the potential from the images that you are now viewing. Note that you may see some images with the suffix "R" in the title. If that is the case, those particular images definitely have retouching already done, close to, if not, final artwork stage. Retouching will be on all final images that you select.
To refresh your memory of what's included already in this Early Bird Package, in addition to the session we've just completed with the clothing & background changes, you’re entitled to fulfilling the following package with up to 2 poses of your choice. Included: (2) 8x10's, (4) 5x7's, 40 wallets & yearbook image delivered to your school (You must provide us with the yearbook specs so that we can do this, if you haven't already).
Your cost is only $398.00, nearly a 50% savings!
Additional Options:
Our clients are often interested in buying more portrait prints and sometimes the video and digital photo files too. We are pleased to offer additional photo prints and an opportunity to purchase the video in HD & digital photo packages, that you can add to your Early Bird Package, and at a $75.00 savings that continues your Early Bird Discount throughout your complete order. These include all or combinations of digital photo files from the session that you are viewing in your online album. We do not, however, sell individual digital file purchase options because of the time we dedicate in doing the proper art work on each file. These additional options are only available for purchase as shown here; no substitutions or custom pricing.

...WHAT’S THE MUSIC VIDEO THAT’S INCLUDED IN PACKAGE 1 & 2?”
It’s a little bonus we throw in. The “full length” version of all your digital files/photos shown on this web site. They are all set to music (with special effects too) that you can play in your DVD player at home to enjoy. This bonus is a “must have” for most of our clients.
...CAN I PAY THIS OFF IN MONTHLY PAYMENTS?”
Yes, though the Early Bird Discount Package must be paid in full, you can add packages or prints, and pay for that part in monthly payments.
We will automatically charge your credit card each month towards that balance.
When the add-on order to your Early Bird Discount Package is fully paid, the yearbook file can immediately go to your school, and we will process your order completely, meaning you will receive your order within 6 weeks from that point.
No extra fees, no interest and no hassles.
...CAN I JUST BUY ONE DIGITAL PHOTO?”
We only offer the 2 Add-On Packages that are listed on this web site to include digital files. Please understand that for the amount of time we need to do artwork on our files, we have to have a minimum purchase to justify the work involved. We felt that based on client feedback...it was a good value for not only the quality of the digital files - but you’ll get unlimited use of the files too, a huge value for a very reasonable price.
...CAN I JUST EMAIL YOU MY ORDER?”
Please do not email your order. Your order form is at the bottom of this web site to submit to us. This way it’s in our ordering system. If you do not use our order form, your order will not be in our system and it will not be processed. Sorry there are no exceptions to this policy.
...WHY DO I HAVE A LIMTIED TIME TO MAKE MY DECISIONS?”
We're giving you a great bargain, knowing that as the summer progresses, we are going to be slammed with artwork and processing of files as orders come in, and we want your order in the schedule so that we can work on it as we have time. That’s our system in place in order to accommodate all clients and stay on schedule, plus meet yearbook deadlines. This is how we are fair to everyone in providing the best service we possibly can.
...WHAT IS A DIGITAL PHOTO FILE? CAN I PRINT FROM THEM?”
A digital photo file is my “camera file”. Our packages that include Digital Photo Files give you my permission to make high quality portraits on photographic paper for your needs, family and friends.
..WHAT IF I DON’T SUBMIT MY ORDER WHEN THE CLOCK RUNS OUT?”
Don’t let it happen. You will have missed the opportunity to purchase at the Early Bird Discount Pricing, and will work off of our Senior High Menu Pricelist instead. I have done all the work to this point, and the responsibility is now yours.
Placing your order is as EASY AS 1 - 2 - 3
#1 - Pick Your Poses.
Write down (on a separate piece of paper) your choices for the poses you want by writing down the number found underneath each photo.
#2 - Pick your poses for your Early Bird Package, and Additional package or video / prints, and provide it to us via email
Then click on the Email button below to place your order.
Please do not submit your order to us by any other means other than using e-mail, and sending clear instructions in your message on your pose choices and how you wish them to be allocated (ie: to how many and which size prints), as there's too much opportunity for mistakes using those methods.
Be sure to provide us with a phone number that we can reach you during the day, so that we can call you for credit card information you wish to use to pay for your order.

Setting up a layaway plan with us? Let us know in your email. Remember that your Early Bird Discount Package portion must be paid in full with placement of order, but add-ons may be paid in a monthly paying plan. The yearbook image will be delivered to the school and your order will be processed after full payment has been received, so keep your yearbook deadline in mind!
