Our custom Executive Portraits (what many call "headshots" - but from us, are so much more!!) are sessions that last up to an hour, often with complex set building before the client arrives, and a complete image viewing session included. Those sessions cost $245.00.
To be possible to have a $98.00 fee, we are booking on the half-hour, providing your images online for your selection process, and most of our pre and post session communications will be online as well to keep office and admin time from overtaking the rest of our schedule. We have found a way to do this where you will only pay NEARLY 1/3 THE COST of Executive Portraits, and you still get the Business Portrait, or Portraits, that you'd expect from us at B. St.Pierre Studio

You still come into our Studio for a very well planned session that lasts up to 1/2 hour on a simple set* with a background that is perfect for your industry or business, a quick review of a couple of your images before you leave, and online selection of your final choice or choices by midnight of the next day of their online availability. So, by keeping to a tighter photography and post-session artwork/retouching schedule, we can help you with a really sweet price for a Business Portrait Digital Photo File, ready for print marketing materials and for web/internet social media!
* A "simple set" is one that we can turn into something custom for you quickly with the introduction of a few small props, such as a plant, table or chair, or something you bring like a leather binder, bag, massage table or dog grooming tools! Some of the sets we create for Executive Portrait Customers go way beyond that, for example, a personal chef planning to be in a kitchen scene with a countertop loaded with produce, cutting board, and other accouterments of the trade in front of them, which would require much prep time spent in the studio prior to the client's arrival to build a set for them that would accommodate all that believably in a final image. That is NOT what we are doing for this Business Portrait Program deal. Simple small changes can be effective, in this example, the kitchen scene, with the personal chef holding a grocery bag brimming with items she's purchased for her client's week worth of meals. She brings the bag of groceries propped and ready to go, and we provide the kitchen background and the place to be standing or sitting that works for that story.

What's the deal? How can this be only $98.00 and still one of Bonnie St.Pierre's impressive portraits for business?
- $98 - really, that's all! - for one retouched Business Portrait Digital Photo File, roughly 1/3 of our normal $245 fee.
- Wardrobe or background variation x1 (this means that during your session, we are willing to give you the variety you need to select from, or to potentially select additional images for your business portrait library for future marketing needs, without having to come back for another portrait anytime soon! This could be a different background, or a quick change of shirt, or both!)
- 30 minute appointment. This works very well when everyone is respectful of each others' time by being on-time, so that others are not impacted and all 'Business Portrait Advantage' Program clients can enjoy this wonderful deal to greatest advantage. We need time on set for you to begin to relax into your session and give us your best, and a few minutes together to review what we've captured, and finish up before the next client arrives.
- You book your appointment online. Your pre-payment of the $98.00 fee at the time of making the appointment is a retainer for our services for that time frame and is not refundable. Naturally, a family emergency or illness would be reason for our working with you to find a new appointment time for you, bypassing our automated system and manually booking that new time for you.
- You are agreeable to the possibility that we may need to move your appointment, given at least 1 week's notice, if by chance we can't work around your appointment time to include our non-program priced client work in our schedule. We have chosen to open our schedule to you online with much flexibility so that you can find a day or time that best suits you, however, we are a professional photo studio that sometimes needs to make large blocks of time available to clients for custom portrait or on-location commercial portrait needs. We don't always know this months, or sometimes even weeks in advance. In a perfect world, everything would line up neatly, but when we open our schedule to the outside, we have to be realistic that there might be times where the unfortunate placement of a 1/2 hour session, for example, right in the middle of the morning or afternoon, might limit the potential for booking the custom work we do so much of in our studio. We will try everything else first to avoid needing to reschedule your session, but you need to know that it could happen, and understand that your flexibility in these circumstances is also part of the reason that we are able to offer you such a great price. Should this end up being the case for the session appointment you have chosen to book online, we will look at the schedule together with you and find another near to your originally chosen date and time where you would not be likely to be moved again. We're sure you understand that to be a thriving business ourselves, we still need to be able to book non-program priced work as well.
- A couple images will be viewed together with Bonnie briefly at session so that you'll know we have great ones to choose from, and later uploaded to a private online album by our office within 48 weekday hours. You will receive an email with a link to a personal web page containing the link to the online album, and have until midnight the next day for online viewing, to select your image, and to even purchase more if you have the need for them, at the really attractive additional price we'll be offering for them. Selection(s) are to be made by order form, whose link will also be provided on your personal web page. If no selection is made by midnight the next day, in order to keep a smoothly running schedule of this program along with our other client work, the photo that Bonnie had chosen to retouch/crop as an example in the online album is the one that will be provided to you. Your website page and image viewing page will be automatically taken down at the online expiration date and time, and the special pricing for any additional image purchases will not be available any longer as well. This is all in an effort to keep things simple and not pile on additional office responsibilities and the need for additional service fees they could incur. The simpler we can keep things, the more successful for all of our clients, and the more people we can offer this great price to.
- Final touch-ups will not have been done yet for all the images in the online album. There may be one with light retouching by Bonnie to illustrate what is possible for the photo you select, and you may see a 2nd crop suggestion here and there in your album as well. (You will receive the original crop shown as your final file, containing more in the frame -unless you specifically ask for the tighter cropped image by its complete hyphenated number - and your graphic/web designer can crop as needed from that.) Reasonable retouching will be on any final images. Major corrections to hair or clothing is not included, so be sure that you have a nicely pressed ensemble, that your clothing fits well for a professional portrait, and that your hair is as you like it when you arrive for your session!
